What we collect
- When you contact us — your name, e-mail, phone, venue or company and your message. Our site has no server-side forms; the contact links open your own mail client, and what you send reaches our Microsoft 365 mailbox.
- When you become a customer — quote, order, invoicing and delivery details needed to serve you.
- When you visit the site — standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time of access) kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and to deliver the site.
- With your consent only — usage statistics through Google Analytics, and, where we embed our online shop, the cookies set by Shopify to make the shop work.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser (in local storage, not as a cookie) and you can change it at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode: no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google unless you choose “Accept all”. Choosing “Only necessary” keeps the site fully usable.
Why we process it and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and to prepare, agree and fulfil quotes and orders (performance of a contract).
- To keep accounts and meet tax and commercial obligations (legal obligation).
- To keep the site secure and available (legitimate interest).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (your consent).
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Microsoft (e-mail), Google (analytics, with consent), Shopify (online shop, with consent), plus carriers and accountants where needed. Some of these providers operate outside Türkiye; where personal data leaves the country we rely on your explicit consent as required by Turkish law. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence for up to 2 years after the last contact; commercial records for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires (up to 10 years); analytics data for up to 26 months.
Your rights
